As the words of my clients and their parents/carers, schools and other organisations show the impact that play therapy can have I often use anonymised elements of any compliments that I get in my publicity materials. Please let me know if you would do not want an anonymised version of a compliment to be included on the my website
Complaints
I see complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the person that has made the complaint. I am committed to providing a high level of service to the children and young people I provide therapy for and to their families/carers as well as any agencies involved. I am committed to running Play Therapy Northumberland (PTN) in an ethical manner in line with the requirements of Play Therapy UK (PTUK) and the Professional Standards Authority.
